Design project 1

I meant to make an editorial post yesterday but I have to admit it`s been a lovely weekend so we decided it would be a nice way to spend it if we go to Shoreditch Broadway market in London. I had a chance to make some photos of the outfit I`ve designed myself.

Not sure I`ve told you before about it but I`ve been in a very creative mood lately so here it is mood board for my first fashion design project.

Lost treasures

Hello stylish people, remember I`ve told you about my mix and match task for this Autumn in this post and I`ll tell you what while unpacking at the new place I was quiet impressed to find my old "new" things like tweed shoes and grey skinnies and give them a new life. I will continue mixing "new" wardrobe findings with my favourite pieces and bags hope that won`t seem boring for you. Stay tuned!

Oh hello there! Hope life is treating you well. Not so many pictures for today as my camera let me down, battery was low, it`s a shame I`ve not checked it before going out.

We`ve been lucky to have some warm temperatures in October here. Enjoying berry tones, contrasting textures of sheer shiffon, tweed and heavy tapestry fabrics.

Mix and match

Hi my stylish blogger friends, hope everyone`s great!

Moving home, packing and sorting out my wardrobe made me realise what an extensive amount of clothes I`ve actually got and a number of clothes I really wear. So here`s a small task for myself for this Autumn- buy less, wear things from my wardrobe that I`ve never worn before or worn once, mix and match and think, yes, think first rather than buy impulsively.

Alright, some cases of desperate shopping to make myself feel better will still be acceptable. I suppose all ladies understand what I mean.

Hello stylish people, how have you all been? Sharing with you my recent discovery such as a legend photographer like Sarah Moon. Her works are mysterious, extraordinary, emotional, wouldn`t even call them photographs, it`s a truly art.

Mastery of a colour is fabulous, and I loved the simplicity of the structure of black and white photos, they wonderfully convey the mood without any use of the colour though. Moon herself was a model. "I never liked it, and felt much better about my physical appearance once I'd stopped," she says. She started her photography in 1970. "Somebody lent me a camera," she says, "and while we waited between shots, I took pictures. It came out of friendship."
