Have you ever gone to buy something particular in mind and then came back with completely different thing? That`s what I`m very guilty of. To be fair I needed (at least I used to think so) bright and summery playsuit for going out. This dress made me change my mind quickly, no doubt I did end up buying it and accessorising with vintage necklace, bag and pill box hat. It`s floaty and very light and of course the colour between orange and brown, rich and warm terracotta shade has always been among my favourites.

Hello everyone!

I`ve always been fascinated by Ascot fashion all that beautiful headwear and glamorous clothing. What`s not to like? Never had a chance to visit this event before but I was lucky enough to have an occasion to wear the head piece I`ve made myself lately. There wasn`t a strict dress code to follow and miniskirts were not considered unsuitable so I`ve come for this little black baggy dress. Head piece is actually kind of a birdcage fascinator with veil and faux pearls, very simple and minimalistic as this is the first thing I`ve done. Hope you like it.

I was somehow away from blogger for a week or so and was surprised to see comments are still not working, is anyone else experiencing the same problem, when you try to leave a comment and blogger puts you back to the main page to log in?

Isn`t it a piece of work that captures the heart? As for me, this is the first time I`d love to wear simply everything from Christian Dior Pre Fall 2011 collection, including the heardwear of course.

Green waves

Hello everyone! Hope you`re having a great weekend. I`m really into maxis and all kind of fringe now that`s possibly because of that massively popular 70-s trend. Styled this vintage Liz Claiborne waistcoat up with leopard print maxi skirt and a handmade fringe tee.

That happens very rarely when I find the time to craft something but when it happens I can`t stop myself so as a result I have 3 tee shirts cut and fringed in different styles. Oh yes and don`t be scared by these green waves, this wasn`t Photoshopped or in any way colour corrected, it`s a real picture. Looks like they`ve added green paint to this water reservoir, I`m serious, they did.
